Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Teleport, Southeast Asia’s leading integrated logistics provider, is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily hub operations. You will coordinate a team of sorters, ensure parcels are processed accurately, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily briefings, train and mentor sorters, and monitor team performance.
• Supervise unloading, verify shipments, and oversee parcel scanning using Teleportal and Shipsy.
• Guide sorting of parcels into correct cages, manage failed parcel counter, and support outbound/export preparation.
• Inspect parcels for damage, oversee repacking, and help maintain inventory records.
• Collaborate to meet operational KPIs, identify process gaps, and ensure smooth handover to drivers.
• Enforce safety guidelines, maintain hub cleanliness, and monitor external chokepoints.

Required profile

• No prior work experience required; fresh candidates are welcome.
• Minimum qualification: GCSE/O Levels or equivalent; no degree required.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Willing to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Required skills

• Experience with parcel scanning systems such as Teleportal.
• Familiarity with logistics software like Shipsy.
