About the role

As a Wealth Relationship Manager you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate financial decisions that impact their lives. You will tailor banking and investment solutions to each client’s unique goals while building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized financial advice and recommend banking products, investment ideas, and insurance solutions.
• Engage clients through tele‑prospecting, virtual meetings, and in‑person interactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and continuously expand your skill set.
• Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to the growth of the wealth management portfolio.
• Maintain a client‑centric approach, ensuring each decision aligns with the client’s life goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or a diploma from a local polytechnic.
• Strong interest in financial planning or wealth management.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
