Welding Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Welding Supervisor to join our marine operations team in Singapore. This stay‑onboard position involves living and working on vessels within Singapore waters, performing structural fabrication, equipment modification, and emergency repairs to keep vessels in optimal condition.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out fabrication, fitting, cutting, and welding tasks on shipboard structures.
• Fabricate and assemble steel frames, brackets, and machine components.
• Operate welding machines and oxy‑acetylene gas cutters safely.
• Repair, modify, and maintain equipment as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fabrication and welding.
• Preferably holds a 6G welding certification.
• Ability to read measurements and fabricate parts accurately.
• Experience with MIG, TIG, Stick or FCAW welding processes.
• Familiarity with oxy‑acetylene cutting, soft soldering, and silver brazing.
