Wellness Concierge – Guest Experience Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Concierge to join the Damai team at Grand Hyatt Singapore. The role serves as the main point of contact for hotel guests and Damai members, delivering personalised wellness experiences and ensuring every interaction is memorable.
Key responsibilities
- Provide tailored recommendations for wellness services and experiences within the hotel and Damai.
- Manage bookings, reservations and membership inquiries efficiently.
- Proactively address guest or member needs, resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate seamless service delivery.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all wellness offerings and promotions.
Required profile
- Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
- At least 6 months experience in a customer‑facing role within a hotel, spa, commercial gym, yoga studio or similar wellness facility.
- Passion for wellness and a genuine desire to help others achieve their wellbeing goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Well‑groomed appearance and pleasant disposition.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Required skills
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle multiple bookings and inquiries simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
