Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging educational sessions, workshops, and seminars to clients, partners, and internal teams on wellness products, services, and best practices.
• Develop tailored training materials and resources that address diverse learning needs across various audiences within the health and fitness sector.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post‑training, ensuring they feel confident in applying wellness solutions effectively.
• Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and technical teams to integrate educational initiatives into client onboarding processes.
• Monitor participant progress and feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and emerging best practices in wellness education.
• Facilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions among colleagues to foster communal learning.
• Contribute to the development of online learning platforms or digital resources that expand access to wellness education globally.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience delivering educational programmes or training sessions within the health or wellness sector.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to connect warmly with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Proven ability to develop engaging training materials tailored for different learning styles across multiple platforms.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Empathetic approach when supporting clients post‑training to ensure continued confidence.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams including sales, customer success, technical experts, and marketing professionals.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends in health technology or fitness education.
• Experience with digital learning tools or online platforms is advantageous.
