Windows Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Windows Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support our enterprise Windows Server environment in Singapore. The role focuses on virtualization, clustering, Active Directory and overall infrastructure stability.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server environments, including deployment, upgrades, patching and maintenance.
• Manage Hyper‑V virtualization and Failover Clustering platforms.
• Maintain Active Directory users, groups, permissions and policies.
• Monitor infrastructure health, troubleshoot Windows, network, storage and application issues.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Python and support disaster‑recovery activities.

Required profile

• 8–10+ years of Windows Infrastructure Administration experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field.

Required skills

• Windows Server 2022/2019/2016/2012 administration.
• Hyper‑V and Failover Clustering.
• Active Directory management.
• PowerShell and Python scripting.
• HPE hardware (DL, Synergy, Simplivity, Alletra).
• VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi (advantage).
• Server deployment, vulnerability remediation and infrastructure monitoring.
