About the role
Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise. You will work with client SMEs to gather requirements, configure Workday Adaptive Planning, and support post‑go‑live activities.
Key responsibilities
- Gather business requirements from client SMEs and document functional specifications.
- Configure and test Workday Adaptive Planning modules, and support data migration activities.
- Conduct end‑to‑end demos, UAT walkthroughs, and incorporate client feedback.
- Deliver end‑user training, prepare BRDs, training materials, and project documentation.
- Provide post‑go‑live support, resolve issues within SLAs, and implement minor enhancements.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- 2‑4 years of HRIS implementation, support, or end‑user experience.
- Hands‑on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and self‑management skills.
