About the role

As a Work‑From‑Home Recruiter at Kairos Global Search, you will source, attract and place candidates across multiple industries. The position is fully remote, offers a high‑commission structure and includes training and mentorship from senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients, building a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
• Source and screen candidates through various platforms and networks.
• Conduct interviews and assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Result‑driven, goal‑oriented mindset.
• Sales‑driven attitude and comfort with commission‑based earnings.
• Self‑motivated, teachable and accountable.
