Workspace ONE Operations Engineer

About the role

The Resident Engineer Workspace ONE will deliver Level 3 technical support, administration, and operational management of Omnissa Workspace ONE. You will ensure platform stability, security, and efficient endpoint management across a multi‑cloud enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for Omnissa Workspace ONE (UEM, Access).
• Manage device enrollment, application deployment, user access, and security policies.
• Monitor system health, perform preventive maintenance, and conduct root‑cause analysis of incidents.
• Support upgrades, patching, backup, and recovery activities.
• Coordinate with vendor support for complex issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and activity logs.
• Deliver knowledge transfer and technical guidance to client teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Omnissa / VMware Workspace ONE.
• Experience supporting enterprise endpoint‑management environments.
• Relevant Workspace ONE / VMware certifications preferred.

Required skills

• Workspace ONE UEM administration.
• Endpoint management for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Identity integrations: Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, SSO.
• Device compliance, certificates, and security‑policy configuration.
• Networking concepts such as VPN and proxy.
