About the role

The Worldwide Account Manager (Retail) will drive global revenue growth for FedEx by executing enterprise sales strategies across regions, expanding market presence, and building long‑term client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed worldwide sales targets through effective enterprise sales and business development strategies.
• Build, expand, and retain enterprise customer accounts across regions with tailored account plans and consultative engagement.
• Drive new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships to maximize lifetime value.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand customer needs and translate them into compelling proposals and solutions.
• Develop customized commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and value‑based solutions.
• Oversee seamless onboarding and activation processes for new enterprise clients.
• Provide ongoing account management, issue resolution, and performance reviews post‑sale.
• Monitor global market dynamics, competitor strategies, and emerging trends to refine sales approaches.
• Partner with product, operations, and marketing teams to align go‑to‑market strategies and deliver integrated client solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Five (8) years or more of professional experience in luxury retail or related vertical sales.
