Worldwide Sales Account Manager

About the role

FedEx is seeking a Worldwide Sales Account Manager to drive enterprise‑level sales across its global network. You will develop and implement account strategies, acquire new customers, and retain existing ones while ensuring seamless post‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise global sales initiatives and account strategy development.
• Conduct sales calls, manage customer acquisition and retention activities.
• Perform pre‑sales activities, create customer proposals and pricing offers.
• Activate new accounts and oversee post‑sales service.
• Monitor competition and market trends to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.
• At least five years of relevant work experience.
• Five or more years of freight forwarding experience (aerospace preferred) combined with mandatory supply‑chain experience.
