About the role
DWS is recruiting for its 2027 P.A.C.E. Graduate Programme in the Client Coverage Division in Singapore. The programme starts with an intensive onboarding in Frankfurt, Germany, followed by rotations in Singapore where you will analyse market trends, competitors and stocks, collaborate across departments and contribute your own ideas. The Client Coverage Division aims to provide sustainable financial futures for clients and serves institutional investors and distributors worldwide.
Required profile
- Already graduated or on track to graduate from a bachelor's or master's degree in 2026 or 2027
- Available to start on 6 September 2027
- Less than 12 months of full-time relevant work experience (excluding internships)
- Initial exposure to digital and AI-related projects
- Proactive, agile, curious and entrepreneurial, with a keen interest in financial services
