3D Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative 3D Event Designer to turn client concepts into immersive, buildable event environments. The role sits within our experiential team and works closely with clients and production staff to deliver high‑impact exhibitions, activations and stage designs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop 3D visualisations and concept models for events, exhibitions, booths and stages.
• Translate client briefs and business objectives into practical, production‑ready design documentation.
• Produce detailed spatial plans, environmental layouts and renderings that guide construction and installation.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and vendors to ensure designs are feasible and meet timelines.
• Maintain a strong portfolio of completed projects and continuously refine design standards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in events, exhibition, experiential marketing or event management.
• Demonstrated ability to create immersive 3D environments that align with client goals.
• Strong visual and creative sensibility with a focus on practicality and buildability.
• Portfolio showcasing event, exhibition, activation or spatial design work.
