AAA Developer – Private Banking & Asset Management

About the role

Maltem Asia is looking for an experienced AAA Developer to join a leading wealth management client in Singapore. You will work on core banking systems, develop IRIS APIs, and support critical reporting solutions. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform business analysis and interact with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Design and develop Triple’A Core objects, IRIS APIs, and Actuate reports.
• Prepare technical specifications and supporting documentation.
• Provide L3 production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct testing, support UAT, manage deployments and post‑production activities.
• Coordinate with development, testing, and support teams.
• Contribute to strategic projects and quality‑control initiatives.

Required profile

• 10+ years of IT development experience in private banking or asset management.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Odyssey Triple’A (TAP Core + IRIS).
• Knowledge of securities, FX, portfolio and wealth‑management operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance or related field.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
• PMP, CFA or BA certifications are a plus; French language knowledge is an advantage.
