AI Conversational Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior AI Conversational Designer to join WIZ.AI’s team in São Paulo. You will help clients create and refine Talkbot solutions on our generative‑AI platform, ensuring engaging and effective conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse customer business requirements to design tailored Talkbot solutions.
• Develop and execute test suites to validate AI conversations, oversee corpus validation and coordinate pilot tests with client teams.
• Monitor ongoing AI conversation performance, resolve user‑feedback issues and identify root causes.
• Maintain and enrich a repository of industry‑specific conversation scripts, continuously improving the bot’s language abilities.
• Collaborate with clients to define required text responses, create and optimise those responses based on interaction patterns and feedback.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in conversation design, product management, business analysis or chatbot design (fresh graduates are also welcome).
• Proven ability to define and optimise conversation‑design workflows and processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to explain design decisions to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Analytical, data‑driven mindset with solid problem‑solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Based in São Paulo, Brazil.

Required skills

• Experience with chatbot testing and validation.
