Account Analyst

About the role

The Account Analyst will handle internal collections for delinquent customer accounts using a predictive dialer. The role focuses on delivering satisfactory solutions for both the client and Island Finance while adhering to company policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound collection calls to customers with overdue accounts.
• Utilize predictive dialing technology to maximize call efficiency.
• Identify and propose payment solutions that meet regulatory and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and resolve escalated issues.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of post‑secondary education, preferably in Business Administration.
• At least three years of experience in collections, telemarketing, or phone‑based customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet performance targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer‑service orientation.
• Comfort with automated systems and goal‑driven environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
