Account Executive – APAC Technology Sales

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our APAC team at Alcatel‑Lucent. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who want to build a foundation in enterprise technology sales and adopt a hunter mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively engage prospects and customers via calls, emails and digital platforms.
• Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads to support field sales.
• Assist senior staff in preparing quotes, proposals and basic technical documentation.
• Schedule meetings and product demos for Sales Account Managers and Solution Architects.
• Follow up on marketing campaigns, events and webinars to convert interest into qualified opportunities.
• Maintain accurate opportunity records in Salesforce and ensure CRM data quality.
• Track and report on key sales metrics such as activity, pipeline status and lead conversion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience or a strong interest in technology sales.
• Excellent communication skills and a disciplined approach to CRM management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with prospects, customers and internal stakeholders across the APAC region.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM platform) knowledge.
