Account Executive – Finance Operations

Job description
About the role
We are looking for an Account Executive to support our finance operations in Singapore. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate financial processing, reporting and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in formulating and implementing internal control procedures.
- Review and recommend improvements to finance work processes.
- Monitor daily inward transactions and support monthly closing activities.
- Process GIRO application forms and liaise with banks for approvals.
- Provide reliable data for cash‑flow projections and maintain the Fixed Assets Register.
- Coordinate with HR for payroll reconciliation and ensure proper documentation of workflows and policies.
- Review accounts payable ageing, follow up on long‑outstanding balances and support audit partners.
- Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
