About the role

LinkedIn is looking for an Account Executive to drive new‑business acquisition for its Sales Solutions portfolio in the Japan market, operating from Singapore. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and act as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve sales success.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a book of Mid‑Market accounts across Southeast Asia, creating and executing strategic plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Prospect, discover, negotiate and close deals with companies in the Japan market.
  • Drive revenue by identifying opportunities, managing the entire sales process, and consistently exceeding quota.
  • Educate prospects on the value of Sales Navigator and related SaaS solutions.
  • Continuously refine sales techniques through training, coaching and sharing best practices.
  • Support team leadership and contribute to a collaborative sales culture.

Required profile

  • 3+ years of experience in a quota‑carrying sales role.
  • 3+ years selling technology, SaaS, CRM or software platform solutions.
  • Fluency in English and Japanese to serve local markets.
  • Proven track record of generating high pipeline volume and exceeding targets.
