Account Executive – Scale SaaS Sales

About the role

As an Account Executive – Scale at Braze, you will partner with high‑growth clients in Hong Kong and Taiwan to ensure they extract maximum value from Braze’s cross‑channel consumer engagement platform. This field‑sales position involves frequent travel, direct customer interaction, and the opportunity to influence product adoption across mobile, web, and AI‑driven decisioning.

Key responsibilities

• Sell, renew, and expand SaaS solutions to mid‑market, commercial, and enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Business Development, and Marketing teams to generate and qualify leads.
• Act as a trusted consultant, guiding clients on mobile marketing automation, API integration, analytics, and AI decisioning.
• Present value propositions to executive stakeholders and represent Braze at industry events.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and achieve quarterly revenue targets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably within mobile or marketing technology.
• Proven track record of closing deals and expanding existing accounts.
• Deep understanding of the Hong Kong and Taiwan technology landscape.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
• Hunter mentality, strong prioritisation, and willingness to travel extensively.
