About the role
As an Account Executive at Naboo, you will play a pivotal part in the company’s international expansion by helping teams plan memorable events. You will turn qualified inbound leads into satisfied customers through trusted relationships and a smooth sales journey.
Key responsibilities
- Support inbound leads (marketing‑generated or returning customers) in planning seminars, retreats, or workshops using the Naboo platform and curated venue collection.
- Qualify and manage leads from marketing and SDR teams, present tailored solutions, close deals and nurture long‑term relationships with key accounts.
- Provide feedback on processes and product features to drive internal improvements.
- Participate in strategy discussions that shape Naboo’s roadmap.
- Mentor and onboard new team members as the sales team grows.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or Account Executive, preferably in a startup or scale‑up environment.
- Native English speaker; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve clear sales targets.
