Account Management Executive – SMB Partnerships

About the role

foodpanda, the largest food and grocery delivery platform in Asia outside China, is looking for an Executive, Account Management for its Small-to-Medium Business (SMB) team. The role drives growth for the SMB portfolio through operational and marketing excellence, reporting to the Lead, Account Management. It suits someone who learns quickly, is comfortable with proprietary software systems and has a keen eye for detail.

Key responsibilities

• Relationship management: conduct data analysis, reporting, operational and invoicing resolutions, and deepen business relationships with SMB partners using foodpanda's proprietary learning tools.
• Marketing: work with the Commercial and Marketing teams to implement and scale marketing campaigns, and educate SMB partners on the foodpanda marketing suite so they grow on the platform.
• Operations: work with the Operations team to evaluate partner operational compliance and use data to spot growth opportunities through operational best practices.
• Ad-hoc projects: take part in high-impact commercial activities as part of an agile industry.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role in the eCommerce industry.
• A keen sense of customer behaviour and how content quality affects purchasing decisions.
• An analytical mindset with a knack for finding opportunities in data patterns.
• Job ownership, structure and discipline, which fit foodpanda's company culture.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
• Comfort with proprietary software systems.
