Account Management & Operations Executive (Regional)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Account Management & Operations Executive to support the Regional Market Development Centre. You will drive sales growth, nurture client relationships, and ensure smooth order processing across developing markets.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand needs, present product value and build trusted relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfil client requests and maintain accurate inventory and account records.
• Collect and analyse consumer data, market trends and competitor feedback.
• Plan and execute marketing activities in partnership with the Market team.
• Coordinate pre‑sales and post‑sales processes, ensuring timely order delivery.
• Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs and perform key‑account analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing.
• 2‑3 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing (regional exposure a plus).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel to developing countries for business discussions.
