Account Manager – APAC

About the role

Join Equativ at a pivotal moment as it expands its operations across the APAC region. You will lead the AdOps activity, driving platform adoption and shaping the future of a leading programmatic advertising company.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard customers to the curation platform and managed services, acting as the primary post‑sale contact.
• Collaborate with DSP partners, curators and internal supply teams to execute programmatic briefs and secure inventory.
• Oversee campaign set‑up, pacing, delivery, incremental revenue generation and post‑campaign analysis.
• Communicate proactively with clients on performance and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Serve as the expert user of the Maestro platform, trading and optimizing campaigns to meet client KPIs.
• Respond to urgent trading needs, perform first‑level troubleshooting and coordinate with the support team for deeper issues.
• Work with other Equativ regions to drive growth and synergy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of ad‑ops experience, including campaign set‑up, troubleshooting and optimization.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Quick thinker, fast learner and self‑starter who thrives in a rapidly changing environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 5‑10 % of the time for trainings, meetings or conferences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Maestro platform.
• Experience with DSPs and programmatic advertising tools.
