Account Manager – Client Relations & Campaign Management

About the role

Fiftyfull is seeking a full‑time Account Manager based in Singapore. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, developing tailored strategies and ensuring seamless execution of marketing and advertising campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, managing relationships and expectations.
• Develop and present customized campaign strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Coordinate internal resources, oversee budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high‑quality outcomes.
• Identify growth opportunities for existing clients and drive upsell initiatives.
• Maintain proactive communication, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven account management and client relationship experience.
• Strong project coordination and organisational abilities, handling budgets and timelines efficiently.
• Strategic thinker capable of crafting creative solutions that meet client goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with marketing or advertising campaigns and familiarity with creative agency processes.
• Proficiency with digital tools and project‑management software is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proactive, adaptable, and team‑oriented mindset.
