Account Manager for Philippines & Vietnam

About the role

GUESS is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead retail operations across the Philippines and Vietnam. This senior‑level position will drive sales performance, ensure operational excellence, and build high‑performing teams that embody the GUESS brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and monitor competition in both countries.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with regional and global goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and franchise partners.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operational performance, including store openings, visual merchandising, staff training, and compliance with brand standards.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute effective sales and marketing campaigns.
• Track financial performance, ensuring profitability and meeting revenue targets.
• Ensure distributors have high‑performing teams to support market growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, franchise management, or a related field with a proven track record.
• Strong understanding of Southeast Asian consumer trends, retail landscape, and cultural nuances.
• Experience managing luxury or premium brands.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate, inspire, and develop teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Adaptability to changing market conditions.
• Fluency in English and the local language(s) of the responsible markets.
