Account Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

Atlas Media is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. This client‑facing position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
• Lead client meetings, onboarding calls, and campaign review sessions.
• Coordinate with media buyers, creative strategists, editors, and management to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
• Identify client challenges and proactively recommend solutions.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
• Track client feedback and ensure follow‑through on action items.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in account management, client servicing, project management, or customer success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Highly responsive, detail‑oriented, and accountable.
• Comfortable leading client meetings and presentations.
