Account Manager

About the role

Alphaeus Pte Ltd, a fast‑growing Singapore‑based IT solutions and management company, is seeking a commercially driven Account Manager. You will build long‑term client relationships, uncover business opportunities, and drive sustained growth across public and private sector accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing key client accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and maintain regular engagement with stakeholders.
• Understand clients' business objectives and technology needs to identify expansion opportunities.
• Drive account growth through cross‑selling and upselling of managed services, staffing, project delivery, and consulting.
• Develop account plans, conduct business reviews, and monitor performance, service quality, and contract compliance.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, contract renewals, and other commercial documentation.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline information, and manage commercial risks.

Required profile

• Minimum degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Marketing or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in account management, client servicing, business development or sales within IT, managed services, staffing or consulting.
• Proven track record of managing and growing existing client accounts.
• Experience with enterprise, government or public sector clients is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Understanding of IT services and managed services.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts.
• Experience with infrastructure and enterprise technology solutions.
