Account Manager – SaaS Wealth Management (APAC)

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing SaaS platform that is reshaping wealth management for clients across APAC. The Account Manager will own a portfolio of key client relationships, blending sales and customer‑success activities to drive long‑term partnership and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of existing enterprise and mid‑market clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to increase revenue and meet growth targets.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
• Lead business reviews, provide strategic recommendations and monitor account performance, usage data and commercial metrics.
• Support contract renewals and negotiations.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success or Sales within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to spot revenue opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience with enterprise or mid‑market clients is preferred.
• Fluent in Chinese (essential).
