Account Manager / Senior Account Manager

About the role

Cheil Worldwide is seeking an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to lead integrated communications, digital, and social projects for its clients. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver high‑quality marketing and advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated campaign strategies, creative briefs and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Creative, Media and Planning teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee production quality, timelines and budget control.
• Maintain regular client contact, understand their business needs and grow the partnership.
• Plan, produce and implement POSM (point‑of‑sale materials) in line with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of integrated or digital experience in the advertising industry.
• Polytechnic Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, marketing communication and POSM execution.
• Technical understanding of production processes such as large‑format printing and lightbox applications.
• Familiarity with web analytics, data‑driven marketing and content marketing is a plus.
• Excellent listening, presentation and written English communication skills.
