Account Manager – Serial & Account Management, Global Commercial Banking

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to lead our efforts in acquiring and transitioning small and medium‑sized businesses into the industry segments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to create tailored financial solutions for SMEs.

Key responsibilities

• Actively acquire SME clients through deal origination and term‑sheet pitching.
• Prepare credit proposals covering financial and industry analysis, credit risk recognition, mitigation and cash‑flow projections.
• Deepen existing portfolio relationships and increase share‑of‑wallet through curated financing solutions.
• Proactively manage, supervise and monitor the portfolio of onboarded customers.
• Embrace digitalisation and support group strategies.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and business processes.

Required profile

• Degree holder in Finance, Business, Banking or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of business banking experience.
• Well‑versed in Trade Finance and other Business Banking products.
• Driven, energetic and quick to learn.
• Results‑oriented and an independent team player.
