Account Manager – Southeast Asia Travel Programs

About the role

FCM is seeking an Account Manager to lead strategic partnerships and drive growth for multinational travel programmes across Southeast Asia. You will act as the trusted advisor for top‑tier clients, turning data into actionable insights and delivering innovative travel solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage regional travel programme performance and lead complex multinational client programmes to drive retention and growth.
• Build strategic partnerships with C‑Suite stakeholders, procurement executives, and preferred suppliers.
• Own programme success through governance, structure, and relationship building.
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies, process improvements and innovations that deliver value.
• Ensure programme compliance, capture leakages and provide competitive insights.
• Execute and negotiate contractual obligations to achieve agreed outcomes.
• Lead webinars, customer reviews and workshops with market intelligence.
• Analyse data, generate reports and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate execution across functions, geographies and time zones.

Required profile

• 3+ years in post‑sales B2B roles with multinational companies or 5‑8 years in regional account management.
• Proven relationship‑building skills with stakeholders at all levels, from travel managers to C‑Suite executives.
• Track record of client success and strong commercial acumen.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and optimistic in changing circumstances.
• Excellent team player who collaborates across functions and geographies.
