Account Manager – SPaylater Merchant Onboarding

About the role
We are looking for an Account Manager to drive the onboarding of merchants onto the SPaylater platform in Singapore. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective merchants, guiding them from initial interest through to activation and ongoing support.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by onboarding merchants for SPaylater acceptance in the Singapore market.
- Provide end‑to‑end assistance to merchants throughout the acquisition process, from onboarding to activation.
- Continuously explore ways to enhance SPaylater products, focusing on both business‑driven and customer‑oriented initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure satisfaction and long‑term partnership.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Highly motivated, target‑driven and able to work effectively in a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with a strong drive to achieve results.
Required skills
- Experience in merchant acquisition or onboarding (preferred).
