Account Manager – Sports Technology (Remote)

About the role
STATSports is seeking a world‑class Account Manager to support professional sports clients across the Scandinavian region. This remote position will involve building strong relationships with elite sports organisations, delivering sports‑science consultancy, and ensuring clients maximise the value of our GPS player‑tracking technology.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account matters.
- Provide sports‑science consultancy both remotely and on‑site.
- Ensure clients are trained on and using the latest products and features.
- Maintain accurate client records and interactions in Salesforce.
- Visit clients throughout the year to assess needs and objectives.
- Develop new business opportunities and meet sales quotas.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to grow opportunities within the territory.
- Contribute written performance insights to the Sports Science Department.
Required profile
- Undergraduate degree in sport science or a related field.
- Fluent in the native language of the country of operation (spoken and written).
- Experience working or coaching in high‑performance sports using GPS performance‑tracking systems.
- Right to work in South East Asia.
Required skills
- Salesforce CRM proficiency.
- Knowledge of GPS performance‑tracking technology.
