Account Manager – Toys & Hobbies (TikTok Shop)

About the role

Join TikTok Shop’s Electronic team in Singapore as an Account Manager focused on the Toys & Hobbies category. You will partner with sellers to grow their businesses, enhance the buyer experience, and drive category performance through content‑led commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of Toys & Hobbies sellers on TikTok Shop.
• Execute growth initiatives such as seller segmentation, assortment optimization, and campaign participation.
• Collaborate with sellers on content creation, livestreaming, promotions, and creator partnerships.
• Analyse performance data and market trends to provide actionable insights.
• Support onboarding, incubation, and scaling of high‑potential sellers.
• Work cross‑functionally with internal teams (content, marketing, creator, operations) to ensure seamless execution.
• Track key metrics and continuously optimise seller performance and buyer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in the Toys & Hobbies industry, with deep knowledge of the ecosystem in Singapore or Southeast Asia.
• Strong network of brands, distributors, retailers, creators, and community stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate industry knowledge into measurable business impact.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills.
