About the role

The Account Renewal Manager will lead client retention and ensure a seamless policy renewal experience for a leading life insurance provider. This senior position sits within the sales function and works closely with intermediaries, operations, and claims teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a strong understanding of group insurance products and pricing.
• Manage and service renewal accounts through intermediaries, tracking timelines and sending renewal invitations promptly.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate renewal data for billing.
• Resolve escalations by coordinating with cross‑functional teams and delivering timely solutions.
• Partner with the operations team on operational matters and with the claims team to address claims‑related escalations.
• Ensure timely premium payments and compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in group insurance, employee benefits, or account management.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
