Account Strategist – Engage (Urdu/English)

About the role

Google is looking for an Account Strategist to join its Customer Solutions team, focusing on small‑ and medium‑sized businesses in the Urdu‑speaking market. You will combine sales expertise with digital advertising knowledge to help clients maximise the impact of Google Ads.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of medium‑size businesses, identifying growth drivers and creating plans to achieve quarterly revenue and product‑growth targets.
• Build and nurture relationships through phone calls, email outreach, and regular business consultations.
• Deliver compelling pitches that advise clients on how to optimise their Google Ads investment.
• Drive customer growth by providing an outstanding sales experience and meeting clients’ marketing objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, consultative selling, marketing or consulting.
• Fluent in English and Urdu, able to engage clients in both languages.
• Experience in digital marketing and a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
• Strong analytical ability to use data for insights and proposal development.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
