Account Strategist – Mid-Market Sales (Google Customer Solutions)

About the role

Google is looking for an Account Strategist to join its Google Customer Solutions team in Singapore. You will act as a trusted advisor to mid‑market advertisers, helping them achieve their marketing objectives through strategic use of Google’s advertising products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mid‑market businesses, understanding their marketing goals and success metrics.
• Develop short‑ and medium‑term strategies to improve campaign performance and drive product adoption.
• Build credibility with C‑level stakeholders and executive partners.
• Leverage data and insights to create proposals and measure impact.
• Collaborate with internal sales, product, and support teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, consultative sales, marketing or consulting.
• Proven experience in advertising sales, media account management and delivering client growth.
• Experience designing multi‑quarter digital‑marketing strategies.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin.

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of Google Ads.
