Account Strategist – Mid-Market Sales

About the role

Google Customer Solutions is looking for an Account Strategist to help mid‑market businesses grow through Google’s advertising platforms. You will act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with C‑level stakeholders and delivering data‑driven strategies that drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SMBs, understanding their marketing objectives, tests, and success metrics.
• Establish credibility with executive partners and serve as a consultant to optimise and expand their advertising spend.
• Design and execute long‑term joint strategies, coordinating cross‑functional teams within Google.
• Develop multi‑quarter growth plans, monitor risks, and drive achievement of revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing or consulting.
• Fluent English communication skills for client engagement across the region.
• Proven ability to influence C‑level stakeholders and deliver results in an advertising sales environment.
