Accountant – EV Charging Industry

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to join our fast‑growing EV charging business. You will own key accounting processes, support financial reporting and compliance, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep our finances running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports such as profit‑and‑loss statements, balance sheets and cash‑flow reports.
• Monitor and follow up on receivables, payables and other outstanding financial matters.
• Coordinate GST return preparation and corporate income tax computations with the appointed tax agent.
• Liaise with external auditors, corporate secretarial service providers and other advisers for annual filings, audits and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date financial records and supporting documentation.
• Support the improvement of accounting processes, financial controls and reporting as the company scales.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) or IFRS and local tax regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with a willingness to identify and resolve issues.
