Accountant – Financial Administration & Reporting

About the role

The Accountant will join Boskalis' Singapore office, supporting a diverse team of about 23 professionals. You will be responsible for the full financial administration and reporting of one or more entities within the Boskalis Group.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a complete set of accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
• Prepare periodic and ad‑hoc financial and management reports.
• Compile reporting packages for the Head Office and external stakeholders.
• Develop forecasts and the annual budget.
• Coordinate with the tax agent for tax return preparation and submission.
• Lead the audit process and liaise with external auditors.
• Prepare annual financial statements.
• Undertake ad‑hoc assignments and projects as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accountancy or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, taxation, and GST.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, results‑oriented, and adaptable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
