Accountant – Financial Reporting & Consolidation

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Accountant to join our finance team in Singapore. The role involves managing the full accounting cycle, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting statutory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and authorise accounts receivable and payable invoices, as well as payment vouchers.
• Validate related‑party transactions and oversee monthly account closing, preparing supporting schedules.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports within set timelines.
• Handle GST reporting, corporate tax filings and deferred tax calculations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial reporting standards and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and monitor cash‑flow reports.
• Propose workflow enhancements using Visual Basic or AI tools.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial assignments as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of audit and supervisory experience.
• Experience with consolidation reporting; property development or construction background is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of AI applications is an advantage.
