Accountant – Full Set Accounting in Investment Firm

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Accountant to join our investment firm in Changi. The role involves managing the complete accounting cycle, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting compliance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare month‑end closing and timely financial reports.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all accounting records.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and external service providers.
• Prepare GST/tax submissions and support regulatory compliance matters.
• Perform accurate data entry and finance‑related reporting.
• Assist with budgeting and ad‑hoc finance duties as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of full‑set accounting and accounting principles.
• Experience in tax reporting and regulatory submissions is preferred.
• Background in investment, financial services, or private equity is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
