Accountant / Senior Accountant – Group Accounting (Assistant Manager)

About the role

We are seeking an Accountant or Senior Accountant to support the Group Accounting function under the guidance of the Vice President (Group Accounting). The role involves ensuring accurate and timely financial data for management and statutory reporting across the PSA Group and its investment holding companies.

Key responsibilities

• Handle financial consolidation for management and statutory reporting, and prepare annual audited accounts.
• Review monthly/quarterly accounts of business units, ensure compliance with Group Financial Policies, and follow up on issues.
• Develop finance strategies, forecasts, and action plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Communicate financial results to investors, compile annual reports, and manage major disclosures.
• Oversee bookkeeping of investment holding companies, ensuring timely month‑end closing and reporting.
• Liaise with auditors, the Company Secretary, and other stakeholders on accounting, tax, and secretarial matters.
• Align financial control policies with PSA Group governance standards.

Required profile

• Good degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• Qualified CPA or ACA.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Audit consolidation experience is essential.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
