Accounts Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our finance team at Badaling Holdings. The role supports month‑end closing, cash flow management and financial reporting for our multiple food & beverage outlets in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Complete month‑end closing processes for multiple company accounts to ensure timely financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow and perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, maintaining a full set of accounts.
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements to support management decision‑making.
• Assist in preparing audit schedules and coordinate with auditors.
• Prepare and submit GST reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with banks and external parties to manage financial transactions and relationships.
• Provide administrative support to finance and operations teams.
• Execute ad‑hoc tasks as assigned to support business needs.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with initiative.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive team player attitude with a “can‑do” mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with AutoCount Accounting software.
