About the role

We are looking for a proactive Accounts Assistant to support our Accounts Manager in day‑to‑day receivable functions. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, with company transport to the Gul Circle office.

Key responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Accounts Manager.
Handle billing enquiries and liaise with customers.
Process invoices and supply supporting documents to clients.
Assist with credit control and debt collection activities.
Perform other ad‑hoc accounting tasks as assigned.

Required profile

Diploma in Business or Accountancy.
1–2 years of hands‑on experience in accounts receivable or related finance functions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
