Accounts Executive – Finance & Accounting (Kaki Bukit)

About the role

The company is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage end‑to‑end finance operations at its Kaki Bukit site. You will handle payable and receivable processes, stock and shipment management, GST compliance, and month‑end closing activities while supporting internal reporting and audit tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase orders, payments and reconcile supplier statements (Accounts Payable).
• Issue invoices, monitor receivables and maintain ageing schedules (Accounts Receivable).
• Maintain accurate stock records, conduct quarterly stock takes and reconcile variances.
• Oversee shipment documentation, GST declaration and arrange GST payments.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST filings and ensure statutory compliance.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations, journal postings, accruals and month‑end/quarter‑end closing.
• Update project cost sheets and support accurate billing and revenue recognition.
• Assist in preparation of internal financial reports and audit schedules.

Required profile

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
