Principal – Insurance & Asset Management

About the role

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Principal to lead high‑impact consulting initiatives within its Insurance & Asset Management practice in Singapore. You will shape industry transformation, drive innovation and mentor junior talent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex client projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop hypotheses, oversee data collection, and conduct analyses to deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with partners to maintain high‑quality consulting standards and present findings to senior executives.
• Support the development of junior staff and foster a collaborative learning culture.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in top‑tier strategy consulting or in life, general, health, reinsurance, or asset‑management sectors.
• Advanced degree from a respected academic institution.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
