Accounts Executive – Full Set Accounting

About the role
The company is seeking a diligent Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts across the organisation. This role involves end‑to‑end accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records and timely reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the full set of accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger, and prepare audit schedules.
- Prepare quarterly GST returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Handle housekeeping and filing of finance documents to keep records orderly.
- Execute month‑end closing activities and produce financial reports within the stipulated timeline.
- Lead stock‑take processes and resolve any inventory discrepancies.
- Undertake any ad‑hoc finance tasks assigned by management.
Required profile
- Diploma in Finance, Accountancy or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a full set of accounts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet reporting deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
