Accounts Executive

About the role

Zagro Singapore is seeking an energetic Accounts Executive to support its finance function. The role involves managing the full set of accounts for a fast‑growing agritech group, ensuring accurate financial records and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and/or Accounts Receivable (AR) accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Participate in month‑end closing activities and management reporting.
• Manage various company accounts and related financial transactions for the Group.
• Independently oversee the company’s full set of accounts.
• Conduct year‑end reconciliation, prepare schedules, and assist with quarterly GST preparation.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Required profile

• Relevant degree, diploma, LCCI, CAT or equivalent qualification.
• Hands‑on working experience in accounting is mandatory.
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ACCPAC Accounting Software.
